ABOUT THE WORK

Award-winning equine photographer Mark Harvey, whose previous subjects include Olympian William Fox-Pitt, Mary King and Austin O’Connor, has released a previously unseen limited edition prints of his portrait of Frankel taken in 2014, from the first officially commissioned photographic work of one of the world’s most famous racehorses, who captured the nation’s heart when he retired unbeaten in 2012.

Editions

15” by 10” (open edition, £95) 

20” by 20” (edition of 100, £280)

30” by 30” (edition of 50, £500) 

40” by 40” (edition of 10, £1,100)

Each print will will be signed, numbered.

C-type prints

The triple-washed C-type prints, which are created using the traditional method of exposing paper then sending it through a wet printing process, will be issued in three limited-edition sizes with prices ranging from £280 for a 20” by 20” print to £1,100 for a 40” by 40” version, of which only 10 editions will be made. An open edition measuring 12” by 12” will also be available, priced at £95.

Mark Harvey is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of his art collectors. 

Once you’ve received an original artwork, you have 21 days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that artwork or return it for a refund.

Borders

Each unframed print will have a border added. This is in addition to the print size shown.
